Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent, right by the beach, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. However, the dining experience on Christmas Day was disappointing, with poor service and a subpar meal. The room was smaller than expected and lacked some necessary comforts, which detracted from my overall enjoyment.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the refurbishment is a welcome change and the beds were quite comfortable, I faced issues with housekeeping that prevented me from fully enjoying my experience. The breakfast was good, but there were some service hiccups that affected my overall impression. Overall, it’s a decent place but may not meet your expectations if you're used to higher standards.
I had a lovely stay at the Double Tree Hilton Metropole in Brighton, thanks to the fantastic sea views and trendy decor throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the evening dining experience was a delightful twist. However, I encountered some issues with room cleanliness that were disappointing, which made me reconsider the value for money I expected from a Hilton.
The hotel has some challenges, particularly with the dining experience and service efficiency. While the location is fantastic and the staff at certain areas showed genuine kindness, overall, I was disappointed by the issues I faced during my stay. The cleanliness left something to be desired, and I felt the value for money wasn't adequate given the price I paid.
The hotel is situated right on the seafront, making it a lovely getaway for the weekend. The rooms we stayed in were bright and airy with great amenities, and the breakfast offered a fantastic selection. However, the experience was marred by some issues with the bar service, which could use improvement, especially for families. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but a few details fell short of expectations.
